A combination of chamomile, lemon balm, scullcap, lavendar and passion flower has a sedating and muscle relaxing effect, may help in relieving symptoms of nervous tension, anxiety and insomnia.

Our herbs are all organic and where possible sourced from Australian growers. 

How to brew: bring 350ml water to boil and steep 1 tsp of herb for 5-10min. Strain and enjoy. For sleep drink 1 cup 30 min before bed (may use 2 tsp of herb for stronger infusion). For mild anxiety, drink 1 to 3 cups throughout the day
